GVGRC Members will have our own covered sitting area close to the layout.
Their permanent layout has 6 main lines and can run track power/battery and live steam so please bring a train to run.
Time – Official park hours are 11am-5pm but I will be there at 10am and suggest you come before 11am to get a parking spot

What to Bring - While there are picnic tables under the covered area, you may want to bring a chair - A train to run - Your Club Badge - You are allowed to bring your own food/drink though concession sells hot dogs, chips, drinks, etc...

Place - Hawthorne Grove Park - 4140 Arthur Drive, Delta
Time - 11am to 4pm
Setup - 9am
The Ladner Canada Day Celebration will include music, food and children's activities in a heritage setting very similar to Stewart Farm. Our layout will be on the front lawn and the first thing that attendees will see when arriving.
What to Bring - A chair - A train to run - Your Club Badge - You can bring your own food/drink though the Boy Scouts will be selling food/drinks. We will have the club shelters for shade but there are 2 large trees that should provide a good amount of shade.
This is a new event so it will be a wonderful chance to try out a new venue and meet new people.
